Can you upgrade to a USB socket?
Yes — most standard 13A sockets can be swapped for a USB-equipped version on the same back box.
Will the new plate fit my existing wall opening?
If you keep the same gang count (single, double, etc.) and standard sizing, yes. Send a photo if you're unsure.
What about a scorched socket?
We replace it like-for-like on the existing wiring. If the back box itself is damaged, we'll let you know before fitting.
